Please carefully read these terms. By booking an appointment with Motion Remedy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and commit to attending your scheduled appointment.

Making an Appointment

Appointments can be made via:

• Website

• Telephone

• Fresha

• Treatwell

Appointments are available in durations ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with essential details.

Payment Policy

• To secure your appointment, we require a 50% upfront payment at the time of booking.

• For bookings made by telephone, a payment request will be sent via text. Prompt payment is required to confirm your appointment; otherwise, the appointment may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your upfront payment is fully refundable.

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your upfront payment.

• A ‘No-show’ (failure to attend without notice) will result in a charge for 100% of the appointment fee, and no refunds will be given.

We appreciate you notifying us promptly of any events that may affect your attendance, such as illness or adverse weather conditions.

Late Arrivals

It is important that our agreed appointment time and duration are respected. We appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. However, please note that arriving late or leaving early will shorten your appointment time, as we cannot extend sessions into the next client’s booking.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you benefit from the full duration of your massage. We allow 5 minutes for changing and cleaning between sessions.

Refund Requests

If you are unsatisfied with your massage, please inform us immediately (within minutes of starting the treatment). Refund requests made after the session has concluded without immediate notification will not be considered.

No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows.

Pregnancy Massage

We offer pregnancy massage during the second trimester only. Please contact us directly for further details.

Informed Consent

• I understand the sports therapists at Motion Remedy are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, or treat physical or mental health conditions. Nothing said or done during the massage should be construed as medical advice.

• I affirm that I have provided accurate information regarding my medical conditions and agree to update the therapist of any changes to my health status.

• I acknowledge that failing to disclose any relevant medical information releases the therapist from liability.

• I understand that the therapist reserves the right to adjust the session length in response to late arrival to maintain scheduling commitments.

• I acknowledge that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and I will remain liable for the full cost of the appointment.
